These Terms of Use apply to the NCTM Illuminations Interactive Math Tools, referred to hereafter as the "Illuminations applets". The Illuminations applets are copyrighted by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), © 2001 NCTM.

The Illuminations applets may be used, duplicated, or distributed only under the following conditions.

1. Each Illuminations applet contains an NCTM logo-link, which links to the NCTM Illuminations Web site (http://illuminations.nctm.org/mathlets/). This logo-link must always remain in place and active.

2. Illuminations applets may only be used for educational purposes.

3. Illuminations applets may only be used for non-profit purposes.

4. These Terms of Use must be included with all Illuminations applets that are duplicated or distributed.
